ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The contract entered into between Don Alfonso di Esposito Luisa and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by Don Alfonso.

Such acceptance shall be considered implicit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares that they have reviewed the information supplied during the purchase procedure and that they accept the conditions set out below.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The Customer purchases the products listed on the website www.residenzadonalfonso.it, as described in the corresponding information sheets. The images provided on the website are intended to assist the Customer in recognizing the products; however, due to packaging changes made by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Don Alfonso di Esposito Luisa via an email sent to the address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message will include the date and order number, which must be used for any communication with Don Alfonso di Esposito Luisa.

All prices shown on the website are retail prices and therefore include VAT. Don Alfonso di Esposito Luisa reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
